Runar Geirmundsson-
Runar has been a friend since I have been coming to Iceland.
He is now coaching at Thor's Power Gym. He is also a
world champion powerlifter and one of Icelands strongest lifters.
We caught up and talked about everything awesome he has going
on. Like his brother Heisi, Runar is a funny guy.
